Research in Progress

The Resonance Project is supporting Allison Cressy Wilson's doctoral research, Facilitating Collective Resonance. Allison is a doctoral candidate at Saybrook Graduate School and Research Center in San Francisco.

The purpose of this study is to explore facilitators' perceptions of the phenomenon of collective resonance and how they conceptualize their role in co-creating environments for collective resonance to occur. A pilot research study by Wilson (2005) indicated a spiritual and intrapersonal dimension to facilitation that appears to influence experiences of collective resonance in facilitated groups. This study expands the research to a larger sample of participants in order to verify findings and to explore resonant group experiences in greater depth.

A summary of Wilson's findings will appear on this website under Completed Research when the study is complete.

See Allison Cressy Wilson's profile on the website for contact information.
