Personal Practices: Sound | Vibration

Forms of sound or vibration that can assist in the emergence of collective resonance include (1) music or musical instruments; (2) singing; (3) physical movement or vibration, and (4) the human voice in speech. The physical energy in sound waves, vibration, or movement has an effect on the individual and on the group.

Experimenting with different forms of music or rhythmic movement is an easy and enjoyable way to develop greater openness to factors related to collective resonance. Click on the links below to explore personal practices using sound and vibration.

If you have another example of a Personal Practice that uses sound or vibration, Submit your own Practice by clicking the button in the sidebar at left.
